Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, interview, dokumentasi dan penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrument penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur (path analysis), pengujian hipotesis, analisis sobel test. Hasil analisis bahwa human capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organi-sasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, human capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan produktivitas kerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh human capital terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, hasil uji mediasi bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional kabupaten Bone.</p> <p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of human capital and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee productivity, the effect of job satisfaction on employee productivity, the influence of human capital and organizational culture on work productivity through employee satisfaction at the Agrarian and Spatial Planning Agencies.
