Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan pada PT. Perikanan Nusantara Cabang Makassar. Populasi adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Perikanan Nusantara Cabang Makassar sebanyak 95 Orang dengan menggunakan tehnik non-probability sampling (total sampling). Tehnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pengendalian mutu terpadu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi karyawan PT Perikanan Nusantara, penerapan pengendalian mutu terpadu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas SDM PT Perikanan Nusantara Cabang Makassar, penerapan pengendalian mutu terpadu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinrja karyawan, inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinrja karyawan, Kualitas SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, penerapan pengendalian mutu terpadu berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui inovasi, penerapan pengendalian mutu terpadu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kualitas sumberdaya manusia.</p><p><em>The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of integrated quality control directly on performance and indirectly through innovation and the quality of human resources. It uses a quantitative approach which was carried out at PT. Perikanan Nusantara Cabang Makassar. The population is all employees of PT. Perikanan Nusantara Cabang Makassar as many as 95 people using non-probability sampling technique (total sampling). Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis uses path analysis. The results showed that integrated quality control had a positive and significant effect on employee innovation at PT Perikanan Nusantara, integrated quality control had a positive and significant impact on the quality of human resources at PT Perikanan Nusantara, integrated quality control had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Perikanan Nusantara, innovation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Perikanan Nusantara, quality of human resources had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Perikanan Nusantara, integrated quality control had a positive and insignificant effect on performance through innovation at PT Perikanan Nusantara, integrated quality control had a positive and significant effect on performance through the quality of human resources at PT Perikanan Nusantara</em><em>.</em></p> ER -
