One of the problems in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency, is what factors influence the dispute resolution process and why you have to carry out non-litigation dispute resolution. The solution given is to socialize by holding legal seminars which are included in the KKN work program. The purpose of holding this socialization is so that people are able to know the factors that influence the dispute resolution process and are able to understand non-litigation dispute resolution. Therefore, from the results of the research and discussion it can be concluded that the advantage of this non-litigation process is its secrecy because the trial process and the results of its decisions are not published. In addition, the slow process of resolving disputes due to procedural and administrative matters can also be avoided and this legal seminar activity has made us fully understand what non-litigation dispute resolution efforts can be pursued. And the importance of resolving the dispute non-litigasu. Because there are many positive sides, one of which is that both parties can benefit in time, benefit in cost and can end peacefully.
