The Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKN-T) program of batch 55 of Bosowa University which was held in Tompobulu Village, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency is a form of activity that provides learning experiences for students to live in the community outside the campus environment and directly identify and help deal with development problems faced both in terms of human resources in community empowerment with primary and secondary school education innovations. Thus, students can apply the knowledge and technology obtained during the lecture process at Bosowa University. The method used in finding problems is observation and interviews with village officials and the community. The services carried out include teaching, seminars, socialization, making educational documentary videos, promoting the processed creativity of Tompobulu village agricultural products, and making village plan signs. The results showed a positive response from village government officials, educators in educational institutions, and the surrounding community.

Greening is one of the important activities that must be carried out in every environment, especially the school environment. This community service program aims to carry out reforestation to improve the quality of the environment, to increase areas that are beautiful, harmonious, sustainable and to carry out environmentally sound development. The method of implementing the service is through the Real Work Lecture program which involves 22 KKN students from Bosowa University. This greening involves various parties such as KKN students, students, teachers and school administrators. The students' efforts were to bring tools for planting and several types of plants such as flowers and medicines to be planted in the garden at school. With this activity, students and teachers are inspired to protect the surrounding environment by protecting the environment and planting plants.

Pengembangan Wisata Hutan Mangrove di Kelurahan Monro-Monro Kecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto

Mangrove forests or mangroves are forests that grow in brackish water, and are influenced by sea tides. These forests grow in places where muddying and accumulation of organic material occurs. Both in bays that are protected from the onslaught of waves, and around river mouths where the water slows down and deposits the mud below from upstream. For some people who live in coastal areas such as Monro-Monro, mangroves are not just plants, mangroves that grow along coastlines and river estuaries function as barriers to sea water abrasion and reduce the risk of flooding. This Community Service (PKM) aims to develop mangrove forests in the Monro-Monro sub-district, Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency as a tourist attraction. The implementation of this PKM is carried out through Bosowa University Real-Thematic Work Lecture activities with the theme of tourism through revitalizing tourist attractions, building basic facilities and infrastructure as well as optimizing digital-based tourism promotion. Based on the results of PKM implementation, the expected goals and targets have been achieved well.

Optimalisasi Program Pamsimas melalui Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik di Desa Massewae, Kab. Pinrang

This community service program aims to increase the usefulness of the Pamsimas program (Community-Based Drinking Water and Sanitation Program) in Massewae village, Pinrang district. The method of implementing activities is through thematic Real Work Lectures with the theme of infrastructure which is carried out through collaboration between Bosowa University and the Center for Settlement and Housing Areas, Ministry of PUPR. There were 20 students who participated in the activity. There are 3 results of implementing thematic KKN. First, the cleaning of water sources and reservoirs in Massewa village was carried out. Second, the production of the IMAP map and the formation of the Pamsimas institutional structure. Third, repair leaking pipes to restore lost water flow and clean drainage channels. Based on the results of the Thematic KKN implementation, all planned work programs have been implemented in accordance with the expected results.

Skrining dan Edukasi Penyakit Hipertensi pada Warga Desa Baruga Kecamatan Bantimurung Kabupaten Maros

Globally, hypertension is the highest cause of disability and premature death. The same condition also occurred in Bantimurung District, Maros Regency, where 200 cases of hypertension were recorded during January - July 2023. This community service aims to detect early and provide education about hypertension, so screening and education activities for hypertension were held for the residents of Baruga Village. This series of activities took place on 3 and 10 December 2023 and was attended by 29 participants aged > 30 years and carried out using the manual blood pressure checking method. The results obtained were that 69% of participants had blood pressure > 130/80 mmHg. In the follow-up activities of personal counseling, the average blood pressure increased to 144/84 mmHg. Thus, a combination of several sustainable control efforts is needed in order to achieve the expected reduction in prevalence and control targets

Community Service Program, known as Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN), is an essential component of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education carried out by students of Bosowa University Makassar. The thematic KKN activity, focusing on clean water provision in Biringkanaya District, Makassar, was conducted from November 2023 to January 2024. Through collaboration with various stakeholders, the solution offered was the distribution of clean water to 20 households, supporting social entrepreneurship programs. The implementation method included orientation, field observation, problem identification, work program formulation, initial seminar, program execution, and outcome evaluation. Results included the provision of clean water and positive responses from the community. Conclusions highlight the success of the thematic KKN activity and recommend local government support through the construction of boreholes. Gratitude is extended to all parties involved in the success of this program.

Optimalisasi Potensi Agrowisata Sebagai Upaya Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di Kelurahan Takkalasi, Barru

This community service program aims to increase the potential for agrotourism in the Takkalasi sub-district, Barru Regency. The method of implementing activities is through thematic Real Work Lectures with a tourism theme which is carried out through collaboration between Bosowa University and the South Sulawesi Province Culture and Tourism Office. There were 24 students who participated in the activity from various study programs at Bosowa University. To achieve PKM's goals, various work programs are implemented, including agricultural counseling, livestock counseling, tourism outreach, and making promotional videos for MSMEs. All work programs were successfully implemented well and received a fairly good response from the community and local government.

In an effort to increase sales of a product, various innovations and marketing expansion are needed. MSMEs with food products must follow market trends to be able to continue to exist. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the most strategic sector of the national economy and concern the livelihoods of many people, making them the backbone of the national economy. However, the problem currently faced by small businesses or industries is industrial management and marketing. With community service related to assisting MSMEs with Abon ole-ole food, it is hoped that it can provide a solution in improving the welfare of MSMEs. The problem solving method used is based on a management approach in increasing production results and sales results with 4 (four) stages of program implementation, namely preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and reporting. The community service program carried out is through packaging innovation and the need to attract consumer interest, as well as expanding marketing on online platforms and modern markets.

This community service activity aims to improve and foster an entrepreneurial spirit in the surrounding community by providing an understanding of entrepreneurship and the preparation of financial reports. The method for implementing community service activities is carried out in several stages. The first stage is the preparatory stage through observation and material preparation. The second stage is the implementation of activities in the form of technical guidance which is carried out by presenting material, practice of preparing financial reports and discussions. The third stage is an evaluation that aims to accommodate the problems faced by participants in compiling financial reports independently. As a result of service to MSMEs and farmer groups, participants gain knowledge about entrepreneurship and participants also understand how to prepare simple financial reports.

Community empowerment is an effort to increase community participation in order to meet life's needs and resolve problems experienced by the community and is carried out based on local wisdom and potential. As well as efforts to increase skills through training in managing natural resources in a sustainable manner. Community service with KKN has implemented five work programs in the fields of economics, agriculture, education, environment and health as an effort to solve problems faced by the community. The implementation of the work program received a positive response from the government and the community so that everything went smoothly even though there were many obstacles. The work programs implemented also produced several outputs and products including: (1) Increasing competitiveness and the application of science and technology in society in the form of knowledge of product packaging using modern designs, tools, how to process pineapple into pineapple jam and Internet Marketing marketing techniques; (2) there is processing of a Business License; (3) Increasing the quality, competitiveness and added value of goods; (4) Design of Home Industry Products, (5) Opening of pineapple garden tourism.
