Pola dalam membentuk tata aturan perundangan ialah tahapan dalam membuat tata aturan perundangan yang diawali melalui tahapan dalam merencanakan, mempersiapkan, mekanisme menyusun, merumuskan, membahas berbagai kajian, pengesahan, pengundangan, serta aktivitas dalam menyebarluaskan data informasi. Dari berbagai rangkaian tahapan tersebut terdapat tahapan yang tidak dilakukan penyebutan dengan penegasan namun terdapat peranan yang utama, yakni tahapan harmonisasi. Harmonisasi termasuk ke dalam bentuk mengupayakan teruntuk menyelaraskan, melakukan keserasian, ataupun penyesuaian sebuah hal yang dianggap tidak ataupun terdapat kekurangan idealnya, untuk menyesuaikan peraturan dengan kategori lebih baik, sederajat, ataupun dengan kategori rendah, yang kemudian mampu terdapat penyusunan dengan sistematis tidak terdapat sifat berlawanan serta tumpang tindih (overlapping). Maksud dari harmonisasi Ranperda Kabupaten/Kota yaitu teruntuk mengetahui apakah perancangan tata atura terkiat, pada beberapa indikator, sudah melakukan pencerminan penyelarasan ataupun penyesuaian melalui tata aturan perundangan berskala nasional, melalui hukum bersifat tidak tertulis yang hidup pada lingkup masyarakat, ataupun melalui berbagai konvensi serta perjanjian skala internasional, dengan muatan bilateral ataupun multilateral, yang sudah dilakukan ratifikasi terkhusus Pemerintah Rl. Permasalahan pada lingkup kajian ini adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan harmonisasi Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Ranperda) di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum serta Hak Asasi Manusia. Metode kajian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan hukum Partisipatif dan Teknik pengambilan data mengunakan teknik observasi-partisipatif.

Optimalisasi Program Pamsimas melalui Kegiatan KKN-Tematik di Desa Paccekke Kabupaten Barru

ABSTRACT

One of the village's potentials which is currently being managed by the Paccekke community is the development of springs by each hamlet by forming water management groups from springs. The spring water is distributed through pipes to residents' homes. Based on the survey results, deficiencies were still found in the clean water supply system, including when water use increased there were several houses that were not supplied with clean water, because the position of the house was higher than the water storage tank. Apart from that, there are still deficiencies in the clean water supply system in hamlet 2, namely that the PAMSIMAS program has not been included. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a special program regarding the management and distribution of these spring water sources. The general aim of the Problem Identification and Analysis (IMAP) program is to help increase community empowerment in Paccekke Village, especially in the Paccekke Village drinking water supply system sector. The specific objectives of this IMAP data collection program are (1) Knowing the distribution route for the drinking water supply system (SPAM) in Paccekke Village. (2). Knowing the potential and problems in the provision of drinking water (SPAM) in Paccekke Village. (3). Help develop drinking water supply management (SPAM) in Paccekke Village to make it better. (4). Forming the creation of social petas plumbing systems (Piping Lines) in the drinking water supply (SPAM) of Paccekke Village.

Pembangunan Berkelanjutan Berbasis Masyarakat Melalui KKN Tematik di Desa Moncongloe Bulu Kabupaten Maros

Thematic KKN is a Real Work Lecture whose activity program orientation is focused on a particular theme in accordance with societal problems and the direction of development policies implemented by the government of a particular region (Regency/City). Based on observations made by the 53rd KKN-Thematic team, there are several problems in Moncongloe Bulu Village, namely that the community needs: fish cultivation training, access point maps in several locations, village maps, youth development, and increased environmental awareness. This KKN activity is carried out by observing and mapping work programs. The results of community service activities through Thematic KKN class 53 at Bosowa University in Moncongloe Bulu Village, Maros Regency went well. This activity is an academic activity that has a definite theme, namely community-based sustainable development. This activity was carried out smoothly based on the work program that had been designed, namely: a) fish cultivation training, b) there were map access points in several locations, c) there were village maps, d) development of village youth through Al-Qur'an education parks, and e) increasing environmental awareness through community service to clean villages. Through this thematic KKN activity, we are finally able to contribute to sustainable development in rural areas in order to help empower and advance villages, especially providing solutions to the problems faced by Moncongloe Bulu Village in Maros Regency.

Program KKN-Tematik di Desa Manuawaru Kecamatan Mallawa Kabupaten Maros

A community service program has been implemented through the Thematic Real Work Lecture program with the theme of tourism development in Wanuawaru Village. Wanuawaru Village has quite good tourism potential in South Sulawesi, however there are several problems found in developing this tourist village, including (1) there is not yet massive information about tourism in the village so it has not attracted many tourists. (2) Internet network access in Wanuawaru Village requires network development for internet facilities so that public convenience regarding mass media and tourism information can be delivered on a massive scale. And (3) Management of tourist attractions is not optimal, including maintenance of facilities and cleanliness of tourist objects. This service program is carried out in Manuawaru village which has maximum village potential in the tourism sector through the Thematic Real Work Lecture program. KKN activities were carried out by 26 Bosowa University students from various study programs. Thematic KKN activities are carried out for 2 months with various stages of activities, namely observation, formulation of problems and potential, preparation of work programs, discussion of work programs, implementation of work programs and evaluation of activities. The work programs that were successfully implemented in this activity include (1) Development of Leang Panning; (2) Tourism Development through Online Media Publications; (3) Installation of tourist attraction banners and talk boards.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the physical and mechanical properties of clay soil and to analyze the carrying capacity of the soil and the consolidation settlement value of clay soil after grouting.The soil stabilization method in this study is the grouting method using portland cement and activated lime. The variation to be used is 2 grouting points of a combination of cement and lime with a width of 2 x 2 x 3,5 meters. The diameter of the points is made differently so that the total surface area.

Analisis Tren Gugatan di Pengadilan Agama Kelas IA Makassar

The execution of Thematic Community Service Program (KKN-T) batch 53 of Bosowa University Makassar at The Class IA Religious Court of Makassar aimed to deepen the knowledge of the (Islamic) religious judiciary and understanding of the trend of lawsuits related to Islamic laws. In this regard, the method used is by following and observing the trial process and assisting in the process of filing and requesting legal services in the legal service unit (posyankum) of the religious court. As in this paper, the results that the authors obtained after undergoing a thematic community service program at The Class IA Religious Court of Makassar from November 2022 to December 2022 show that the field of marriage law dominates the lawsuit trend handled by the court; accordingly, there are 203 cases of judicial divorce, followed by 62 cases of talaq divorce.

One of the problems in South Sulawesi is the factor of narcotics abuse and distribution, so recently regional regulation No. 5 of 2022 concerning facilities for preventing and eradicating the misuse and illicit traffic of narcotics and narcotics precursors. The solution is conducting outreach by holding legal seminars in the KKN-T work program. This socialization aims to discover policies on prevention, abuse, and illicit distribution of narcotics and narcotics precursors. Therefore, from the results of the research and discussion, this legal seminar activity made us fully understand the effectiveness of the South Sulawesi provincial regulation number 5 of 2022. Concerning facilities for preventing and eradicating the abuse and illicit traffic of narcotics and narcotics precursors as well as the quality dimensions of a program ( P4GN), is considered effective. However, it is necessary to have adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as other programs that support eradicating, abusing, and illicit narcotics (P4GN). This paper aims to empower all the potential at all levels of society to consciously carry out movements to oppose/reject the abuse and eradication of illicit narcotics and narcotics precursors

Sharing for Caring dalam Menumbuhkan Kemandirian Anak Generasi Z di Panti Asuhan Menuju Indonesia Emas 2045

Generation Z or commonly known as Gen Z are those born between 1995 and 2010. Generation Z is also usually called the post-millennial generation who cannot be separated from smartphones. Apart from that, Gen Z is also known as a creative and innovative generation. However, Gen Z has a high tendency towards anxiety and stress. Therefore, there needs to be good control for each individual. One thing that can be done is to increase a child's independence. Learning to be independent is not an easy matter, especially for children who do not live with their parents, independence is a necessity that they must have, just like children who live in orphanages. So far, the demands of the conditions of children in orphanages mean that they must be able to become independent children, who must be able to take care of themselves and as much as possible not be too dependent on other people. The aim of this activity is to foster the independence of children in orphanages. This service activity was carried out at the Jabal Nur Orphanage on Jalan Kacong Dg Lalang, Tombolo Village, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency by conducting interactive observations and sharing with children and the orphanage administrators. Through this sharing for caring community service activity, it is hoped that children's independence will grow in the current generation Z era, especially in facing the technological era which is developing so rapidly. In this way, generations of independent nations will be born towards a golden Indonesia in 2045.

Workshop Pembuatan Produk Teh Herbal Daun Kelor Melalui Kkn Tematik Di Desa Mattirowalie Kabupaten Wajo

This Thematic KKN was carried out in Mattirowalie Village, Wajo Regency and this is a Real Work Lecture program whose activity program orientation is focused on certain themes in accordance with community problems and the direction of development policies implemented by certain regional governments (Regency/City). KKN is a form of community service carried out by universities together with students to apply various research results and appropriate technology services. Based on observations made by the 55th Thematic KKN team, there were several problems in Mattirowalie Village. The problem is that there are no processed Moringa leaf products that come with attractive packaging. The Mattirowalie KKN plans to make herbal tea products using Moringa leaves considering that many people plant Moringa leaves in their yards. So in our opinion, making this product can help the community in Mattirowalie village in improving MSMEs in Mattirowalie village. We use Moringa leaves as the main ingredient for making herbal tea because we see the many properties that can be used as an internal medicine for healing health and preventing disease. Apart from that, we see the potential for easy to obtain raw materials. Based on these problems, we offer several solutions, including; Workshop on making Moringa leaf herbal tea products, Designing attractive packaging for Moringa leaf herbal tea. The method for implementing this service is to observe the condition of the area and the potential of the village area and secondly is to conduct a workshop on making herbal tea. The results of this activity show that Mattirowalie Village has agricultural potential in the form of Moringa plants and these Moringa plants are processed into herbal tea and then appropriate and attractive packaging is designed. This activity was attended by approximately 20 people from related parties; village heads, village officials and local communities

Pelaksanaan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Program KKN Tematik di Desa Baruga, Kabupaten Maros

Implementation of community service activities through Thematic KKN in Baruga Village, Maros Regency is carried out in several stages, namely: (1) Carrying out observations for approximately 2 weeks from the time of arrival with the aim of finding out the condition of the area, potential, tourism, problems in the health sector and resources from Baruga Village activities. (2) Carrying out a work program that includes education on skin health, education on how to wash hands and healthy living behavior, education on symptoms and prevention of worms in children at school. Kuliah Kerja Nnyata (KKN) is a form of student service to the community. KKN-T Batch 54 in Bantimurung District was received by sub-district officials on Saturday 20 May 2023. KKN-T Batch 54 in Baruga Village was received by the village head representative and from the presentation of the program in CHAPTER II-III it can be concluded that the KKN-T program Batch 54 in Baruga Village has been run by KKN students involving village officials and the local community. It is hoped that an evaluation will be held again regarding the work program that has been implemented and will be implemented if in the future there are KKN-T activities in Baruga Village, especially in the field of Health and improving the quality of life
