Pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor yang memberikan sumber kehidupan paling besar bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Memahami petani akan membantu banyak orang tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memahami sikap petani melalui pendekatan psikologi kognitif dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil pertaniannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel merupakan petani Desa Tamalatea yang mengikuti seminar peningkatan mutu hasil pertanian (n=20). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Farmer's Cognitive Instrument Vol. 1 (FCI Vol. 1). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam meningkatkan hasil produksi pertanian, mayoritas partisipan telah menunjukkan kemampuan kognitif yang sangat optimal dilihat dari kedua aspek umum, yakni pengorganisasi dan penyesuaian kognitif.

The people of Majannang Village have a fairly abundant waste from household and market waste. The community in Majannang Village does not yet have knowledge about the use of environmental management and organic waste as feed ingredients for Maggot BSF. The purpose of this activity is to develop BSF Maggot cultivation technology in overcoming partner problems. BSF Maggot cultivation is carried out on a land area of 25 m2 with stages of activities to conduct site surveys, preparation of cultivation facilities and infrastructure, Maggot cultivation and monitoring and evaluation. The results obtained are the application of BSF Maggot cultivation technology, dry BSF Maggot, flour and pellet feed made from BSF maggots. BSF Maggot cultivation technology is able to be a solution for the people of Majannang Village in order to overcome the problem of organic waste to be used as a component of efficient shrimp/fish feed ingredients. This service program is also expected to help increase the economic independence of the community in the field of shrimp and fish farming business while providing opportunities for the community to open new business opportunities to become producers of shrimp and fish feed raw materials based on Maggot BSF in the future. The community and partners will continue to develop Maggot production to meet the needs of fish feed needed and in the future partner communities can sell Maggots to meet the needs of shrimp and fish feed in Majannang Village.

Community service program in RT. 01 Bumi Permata Sudiang, Biringkanaya District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi. The background of the problem is to foster the character of gotong royong and eliminate the sense of lack of social care for the cleanliness of the surrounding environment. The solution to this problem is to make a regular community service schedule, provide facilities for disposing of garbage by providing trash bins in each house, clean weeds, and install environmental cleanliness slogans at several points. The community service program received a positive response from the community, as evidenced by the community's participation in each program. Community service is a willing attitude to work together that can foster a sense of togetherness and harmony within the work that is completed quickly and creates a beautiful environment.

The Unibos KKN-T activity has completed a work program with a mentoring and mentoring approach, strengthening the mindset of the community and village and hamlet governments and declaring a stone-based tourism village. This is a form of support for the local wisdom of the community.Bosowa University Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKN-T) students have devoted themselves to developing their knowledge to be applied in community empowerment programs. Restorative Justice is the settlement of criminal cases involving perpetrators, victims, families of perpetrators/victims, and other related parties to jointly seek a fair solution by emphasizing restoration to its original state and not retaliation. How to deal with it so that the perpetrator does not end up in jail and the victim gets accountability for the actions of the perpetrator. Restorative justice prioritizes the settlement of criminal cases by deliberation and solving them collectively for the sake of the future. The function of this service activity is to make people in the city of Makassar and students know and understand the latest legal policies in Indonesia. With the many limitations of the community in accessing the latest legal information, this activity makes students and the general public who are still unfamiliar with law in Indonesia understand more and can increase enthusiasm for students and the public to add insight. It is hoped that the knowledge provided in this activity can be useful and add insight.

One of the problems in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency, is what factors influence the dispute resolution process and why you have to carry out non-litigation dispute resolution. The solution given is to socialize by holding legal seminars which are included in the KKN work program. The purpose of holding this socialization is so that people are able to know the factors that influence the dispute resolution process and are able to understand non-litigation dispute resolution. Therefore, from the results of the research and discussion it can be concluded that the advantage of this non-litigation process is its secrecy because the trial process and the results of its decisions are not published. In addition, the slow process of resolving disputes due to procedural and administrative matters can also be avoided and this legal seminar activity has made us fully understand what non-litigation dispute resolution efforts can be pursued. Sanrobone Village is a coastal village with the potential for cultural heritage tourism and mangrove forests. However, most of the mangrove forest has been converted into fish and seaweed ponds, resulting in abrasion that erodes the village area and damages several historical sites. The activity aims to empower the millennial generation to preserve cultural heritage and mangrove forests, which can become a community income sector. The millennial generation of Sanrobone Village took a role in overcoming the damage to the Sanrobone Fort, the Tomb of the Sanrobone Kings, and the Mangrove Area through cultural and mangrove tourism development. The method used in this activity is the active participation method, in the form of (1) Socialization of Cultural Tourism Village to the community and local government, (2) training in making village potential websites, (3) environmental education related to mangrove forests and preserving cultural assets in the village (4) training for the development of MSMEs in the village. The activities showed an increase in village community awareness of the tourism potential owned by the area. They were able to see various opportunities to manage these tourism potentials to be used as a source of income. What needs to be done next is effectively improving the millennial generation's skills in promoting their regional tourism through digital marketing, which is necessary for sustainable tourism development in the industrial era 4.0

Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi Province, known as an archipelago, has 314 islands, with most of the population being fishermen, so it has prospects for development. Weather conditions and fishermen's facilities influence the livelihoods of fish at sea. Hence, their income level fluctuates and tends to decrease due to reduced catches, and the price of marine products is determined more by district collectors and wholesalers. The blue swimming crab commodity is a superior product of Mattiro Baji Village in Pangkajene Islands (Pangkep) Regency. Every year fewer and fewer fishermen are engaged in this business, turning to other jobs such as motorcycle taxi drivers, carpenters and Pangkep. With this phenomenon and problem, the program-implementing team collaborates to formulate and implement solutions. The Solution is expanding the cooperation of collectors both within the Pangkep Regency area and to other areas with crab-producing fishermen with a business contract system (earlier to provide venture capital assistance in cash and fishermen facilities). The solution implementation method has taken several approaches based on fostering an intensification system for partners and fishermen as business partners. The approach in question is; (i) active participation method; that is, every partner activity is directly involved in the implementation so that high work motivation and an atmosphere of togetherness are created both between the implementing team and between program partners, (ii) participatory rural appraisal method; namely in identifying problems and finding solutions by involving program partners, and (iii) development of business; namely helping partners for business development through entrepreneurial technology transformation with intensive training and coaching methods for partner.

Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a form of activity that provides learning experiences for students to live in the community outside the campus. KKN movements also function as a learning process and service to the community that is building and directly identifying fiber to handle various development problems faced in the community. The Covid-19 pandemic has now entered its final phase. Since its emergence, it has weakened multiple sectors, such as the economy, tourism, health, education, infrastructure development, and various other fields. The government has made several efforts to accelerate the recovery from the impact of Covid-19.From starting to allow face-to-face learning directly with existing provisions. Recovery in the economic sector by providing stimulant funds to the community to revive deprivation, especially micro and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and increase infrastructure development that was delayed due to the impact of Covid-19. Departing from this understanding, Bosowa University launched the Thematic Real Work Lecture Program (KKN-T) to assist the government in overcoming the effect of Covid-19 in Indonesia. This KKN-T activity provides students with a learning experience to live amid society outside the campus and directly identify and deal with development problems faced. KKN-T is expected to increase the synergy of students, communities, and universities.
