JEBE: Journal of Environment Behavior and Engineering, managed by the Environmental Engineering Study Program of Universitas Bosowa, is firmly committed to advancing global knowledge sharing through full and immediate Open Access (OA). Open Access Policy

All articles published in JEBE are freely available to read, download, copy, distribute, and reuse immediately upon publication, without financial, legal, or technical barriers. This policy applies to:

Users must properly cite the original authors and source under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license (see Licensing below).

Archiving and Preservation

To ensure permanent access to JEBE’s scholarly content, we implement robust digital preservation strategies:

LOCKSS/CLOCKSS: Participation in global archiving systems for long-term preservation.
Institutional Repository: All articles are archived in Universitas Bosowa’s digital repository.
CrossRef DOI: Permanent identifiers (DOIs) are assigned to each article for reliable citation and tracking.

Funding and Sustainability

JEBE operates under a non-profit model supported by Universitas Bosowa. To sustain open access, we apply:

Article Processing Charges (APCs): A modest fee for accepted manuscripts to cover peer review, editing, and hosting costs. Waivers are available for authors from low-income countries or with financial constraints.
Institutional Partnerships: Collaborations with universities and environmental organizations to subsidize OA publishing.
