Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh regulasi emosi terhadap stres akademik dalam pembelajaran online pada mahasiswa di kota Makassar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) dan skala Life Scale Inventory. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 450 responden yang sedang mengikuti perkuliahan online di Kota Makassar. Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 22 dan Jamovi. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara regulasi emosi terhadap stres akademik dalam pembelajaran online pada mahasiswa di Kota Makassar. Berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas didapatan nilai P= 0,360 (>0,05) yang berarti data terdistribusi normal dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,005 (<0,05) yang berarti signifikan. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, yaitu ada pengaruh antara regulasi emosi dengan stres akademik dalam pembelajaran online pada mahasiswa di Kota Makassar.
