Abstract

Perusahaan yang memiliki karyawan dengan OCB yang tinggi akan sangat membantu dalam bertahan dengan tuntutan perubahan. Namun nyatanya sikap OCB ini masih sangat kurang dimiliki karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh employee engagement dan budaya organisasi secara bersamaan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.  Data dikumpulkan dengan skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior, skala Employee Engagement, dan skala budaya organisasi. kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji deskriptif uji asumsi dan uji regresi berganda.  hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan maka diperoleh nilai dari R Square sebesar 0.260 yang artinya kontribusi Employee Engagement dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship behavior sebersar 26%, dengan nilai signifikansi dibawah 0,05 yang artinya bahwa Employee Engagement dan Budaya Organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship behavior, selain itu arah koefisien  bernilai positif yang menandakan bahwa semakin tinggi Employee Engagement dan semakin baik budaya organisasi, maka akan semakin tinggi pula Organizational Citizenship behavior karyawan.
