Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui sejauhmana persepsi Masyarakat Terhadap MCK Komunal Di Wilayah Biring Je’ne Kabupaten Jeneponto. Tipe penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, Responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak lima orang. Adapun teknik yang digunakan dalam penggalian data yakni wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian: aspek kognitif, kelima responden memiliki kemampuan untuk memahami tujuan pemberian MCK Komunal oleh pemerintah. Selanjutnya, pada aspek afektif, kelima responden mampu memahami tanggung jawab terhadap MCK. Namun, perbedaan terlihat pada tiga dari lima responden dengan ekonomi rendah yang merasa kecewa karena banyak pengguna MCK yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Sehingga pada aspek konatif, individu tersebut memilih untuk mengunci fasilitas dan hanya menggunakan satu toilet (bagi pengguna MCK dua pintu).
