Abstract

Qualitfy Work Life (WQL) merupakan isu yang penting jika kita berbicara tentang situasi sebuah perusahaan. QWL adalah merupakan upaya yang menggabungkan desain pekerjaan dalam suatu perusahaan dengan lingkungan kerja sehingga dapat memaksimalkan kepuasan kerja, meningkatkan sikap kerja, serta mempertinggi produktifitas dan prestasi kerja. Aspek dalam QWL adalah partisipasi kerja, pengembangan karir, penyelesaian konflik, komunikasi dan kesehatan kerja. PT. Pegadaian merupakan salah satu BUMN yang memiliki peranan penting dalam masyarakat dengan jumlah pegawai yang mencapai 1159 orang, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang yang diperoleh melalui metode purpossive sampling. Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk melihat mean dari tiap-tiap aspek dan subaspek. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Quality of Life Work Questionaire (QWLQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Riggio. Hasil Penelitian memperoleh rerata skor QWL 3.16 yang berada pada level baik.

Qualitfy Work Life (WQL) is an important issue when we talk about the situation of a company. QWL is an effort that combines job design in a company with the work environment so that it can maximize job satisfaction, improve work attitudes, and increase productivity and work performance. Aspects in QWL are work participation, career development, conflict resolution, communication and occupational health. PT. Pegadaian is a state-owned company that has an important role in society with a number of employees reaching 1159 people. The sample in this study was 100 people obtained through the purposive sampling method. The research method uses a quantitative approach using descriptive analysis which aims to see the mean of each aspect and subaspect. The measuring tool used is the Quality of Life Work Questionnaire (QWLQ) developed by Riggio. The research results obtained a mean QWL score of 3.16 which is at a good level.
