Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Gapura Angkasa dan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Gapura Angkasa Kabupaten Maros Jenis penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 32 orang karyawan sebagai Sampel penelitian. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f dan uji koefisien determinasi berbantuan SPSS Versi. 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) komunikasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Gapura Angkasa Kabupaten Maros, dan 2) kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara parsial berpengaruh spositif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Gapura Angkasa Kabupaten Maros. Dengan demikian faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan menunjukkan hasil nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) 74% artinya keseluruhan dari variabel bebas memiliki hubungan secara bersama-sama.

The aim of the research is to determine the effect of communication on employee performance at PT. Gapura Angkasa and knowing the influence of leadership on employee performance at PT. Gapura Angkasa, Maros Regency. The type of research used is quantitative. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires to 32 employees as research samples. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test assisted by SPSS Version. 25. The results of this research show that: 1) communication partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Gapura Angkasa Maros Regency, and 2) leadership has a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Maros Regency Space Gate. Thus, the factors that influence employee performance show a coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 74%, meaning that all of the independent variables have a relationship together.
