Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan sektor penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, pengembangan pariwisata berpotensi memberikan manfaat ekonomi, sosial budaya, serta menciptakan peluang kerja. Salah satu daerah yang memiliki potensi wisata yang besar adalah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar dengan objek wisata seperti Pulau Bahuluang. Meskipun memiliki keindahan alam yang menakjubkan, pengembangan pariwisata di Pulau Bahuluang masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, terutama dalam pengelolaan wisata bahari dan keterlibatan masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberdayaan masyarakat, seperti faktor Ekonomi, sosial, Budaya, lingkungan dan Pemerintah. Serta menetapkan strategi yang dapat di terapkan terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal dalam pengembangan objek wisata Pulau Bahuluang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Kuantitatif dengan alat uji berupa analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dan Analisi SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor ekonomi, sosial budaya, lingkungan, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam Pengembangan objek Wisata Pulau Bahuluang. Dan berdasarkan hasil uji Analisis SWOT di peroleh titik X dan Y berada pada kuadrat IV yang berarti di gunakan strategi ST untuk mengoptimalkan strategi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam pengembangan objek wisata Pulau Bahuluang. Yaitu dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan untuk mengatasi ancaman. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi bagi pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Pulau Bahuluang, dengan melibatkan masyarakat dalam setiap tahapan perencanaan dan pengelolaan, serta memperkuat keberlanjutan ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan di kawasan tersebut.

One area that has great tourism potential is Islands Regency In line with tourist attractions such as Bahuluang Island. Even though it has natural beauty What’s amazing is that tourism development on Bahuluang Island is still facing various challenges obstacles, especially in the management of marine tourism and involvement of local communities. This research aims to evaluate and identify factors that influencing community empowerment, such as economic, social, cultural and environmental factors and Government. As well as determining strategies that can be implemented towards empowerment local communities in developing Bahuluang Island tourist attractions. This research was conducted using Quantitative with test tools in the form of Multiple Linear Regression analysis and SWOT Analysis. The results of this esearch indicate that economic, socio-cultural factors, environment, has a significant effect on Community Empowerment in Development Bahuluang Island tourist attraction. And based on the results of the SWOT analysis test, point X is obtained and Y is in the IV square which means the ST strategy is used to optimize Community Empowerment strategy in developing Bahuluang Island tourist attractions. That is by leveraging strengths to overcome threats. It is hoped that the research results will be provide recommendations for the development of sustainable tourism on Bahuluang Island, by involving the community in every stage of planning and management, as well as strengthen economic, social and environmental sustainability in the region.
