Surrogate Mother: Tinjauan Medis, Bioetik, Humaniora Dan Profesionalisme

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tinjauan medis, bioetik, humaniora dan profesionalisme terhadap Surrogate mother. Metode penelitian melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan berbagai pihak terkait, studi kasus kasus konkret, dan penggunaan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunujukkan bahwa dari aspek medis, surrogate mother dapat dilakukan dengan memperhatikan faktor pemeriksaan medis untuk memastikan apakah mereka cenderung memiliki kehamilan serta memperhatikan kesehatan ibu pengganti. Dari aspek bioetik, surrogate mother menekankan faktor etik diantaranya, beneficence (kemurahan hati), Non-maleficence (Tidak merugikan), Autonomy (self-determination), Justice (Keadilan). Lebih lanjut pada aspek humaniora, pelaksanaan surrogate mother harus beradasarkan pada ketentuan hukum setiap negara, hak asasi manusia dan kultur budaya. Dalam aspek profesionalisme, surrogate mother menekankan pada etika dan moralitas dalam melaksanakan tanggung jawab.

This research aims to analyze medical, bioethical, humanities and professionalism reviews of surrogate mothers. The research method involves in-depth interviews with various related parties, case studies of concrete cases, and the use of questionnaires. The results of this study show that from a medical aspect, surrogate mothers can be carried out by paying attention to medical examination factors to determine whether they are likely to have a pregnancy and paying attention to the health of the surrogate mother. From the bioethical aspect, surrogate mothers emphasize ethical factors including, beneficence (generosity), Non-maleficence (not causing harm), Autonomy (self-determination), Justice (Justice). Furthermore, in the humanities aspect, the implementation of surrogate motherhood must be based on the legal provisions of each country, human rights and culture. In the aspect of professionalism, surrogate mothers emphasize ethics and morality in carrying out their responsibilities.
