This research aims to evaluate the drainage network service system, with the objective of collecting and presenting performance data and monitoring information on drainage service levels, as well as the progress of flood and inundation mitigation efforts for the improvement and planning of drainage network system development in Lumpue Sub-district. Using the Observation/Survey method, data related to drainage, in the form of primary and secondary data in the Lumpue Sub-district of Parepare City, on a Likert scale, were processed using descriptive analysis, including Validity and Reliability Tests. The data were then described to explain the average value, minimum value, maximum value, and median value of each variable. The community's perception of information regarding the level of drainage monitoring service and the progress of flood and inundation mitigation efforts for the improvement and planning of drainage network system development based on the implementation time of the Parepare City drainage channel construction project showed positive performance in terms of both time, cost, and the quality produced. Furthermore, 2) The performance of the implementation of the Parepare City drainage network service is at a good level with a mean value ranging from 4.4286 to 4.7143. This is evident in the implementation time with a value of 4.4286 and a frequency of always. Similarly, the quality of drainage network project development is at the level of 4.4286, and the implementation cost of the project has an analysis value of 4.6429, determined by well-recorded progress and monthly reporting, as well as the judicious use of budget by the contractor
