Perubahan Fungsi Lahan Perkotaan Kabupaten Bone. Studi Kasus: Koridor Jalan Sungai Pareman Kecamatan Tanete Riatang Timur

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh alih fungsi lahan pertanian terhadap kondisi soaial ekonomi masyarakat Tanete Riattang Timur koridor Jalan Sungai Pareman. Dianalisis menggunakan metode korelasi bivariate pearson yang dibantu dengan software SPSS 22.0 untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor pertumbuhan penduduk, perubahan struktur ekonomi masyarakat, harga lahan, tingkat pendapatan, dan kondisi bangunan terhadap perubahan lahan yang terjadi. Hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berkorelasi signifikan terhadap perubahan penggunaan lahan terdiri dari tiga faktor, yaitu faktor perubahan struktur ekonomi masyarakat, meningkatnya harga lahan, serta meningkatnya kondisi bangunan. Namun ketiga faktor tersebut memiliki hubungan atau korelasi yang lemah. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang tidak berhubungan atau berkorelasi terhadap perubahan penggunaan lahan terdiri dari dua faktor, yaitu pertumbuhan penduduk, dan tingkat pendapatan masyarakat.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the conversion of agricultural land to the economic social conditions of the Tanete Riattang Timur corridor on Jalan Sungai Pareman. Analyzed using Pearson bivariate correlation method assisted with SPSS 22.0 software to determine the effect of population growth factors, changes in community economic structure, land prices, income levels, and building conditions on changes land that happened. The results of the analysis concluded that the factors that significantly correlated with changes in land use consisted of three factors, namely factors in changing the economic structure of the community, increasing land prices, and improving building conditions. However, these three factors have a weak relationship or correlation. While the factors that are not related or correlated to changes in land use consist of two factors, namely population growth, and the level of community income.
